We were engaged by the Microsoft Support Engineering Group to design a desktop app that combined features into one single point of origin. We worked with different Program Managers to identify features and requirements. Then, work with engineering teams to launch and test the application. With a user base that was made up of primarily video game enthusiasts, we designed themes that a customer support agent could pick from. Each color theme was carefully designed to pass accessibility standards and empowered the agents to have a personal touch as they completed their day to day tasks.
